It has no border. Its cell padding is set to 40 pixels to create a margin around its contents. Its cell spacing is 1. Its one cell's background image is set to the very dark orange-brown embossed paper that makes up the border around the paper. The table background image is set to the same graphic.

Its width is 100% of the space allowed it by the outer table. It has no border. Its cell padding is set to 32 pixels to create a margin around its contents. Its cell spacing is 2.
