It has no border. Its cell padding is set to 40 pixels to create a margin around its contents. Its cell spacing is 1. Its one cell's background image is set to the very dark purple embossed paper that makes up the border around the paper. The table background image is set to the same graphic.

  small purple ball page bullet Inside that is a second, one-cell table that contains the off-white paper texture and the page contents. Its width is 100% of the space allowed it by the outer table. It has no border. Its cell padding is set to 32 pixels to create a margin around its contents. Its cell spacing is 2. The cell background image is set to an off-white paper, as is the table's background image.
