Desert
Gold (Coreopsis?)
"I shot
this picture on March 20,1998 (the first day of spring) just north
of Furnace Creek California, which is located in Death Valley. It
was taken with a Pentax ME.Super SLR camera with ASA 400 Fuji film.
The flowers are called 'Desert Gold' and they were all over the place
at the below sea level mark. They ranged from 190' below sea level
to about 1000' above sea level."
